Product Introduction
PEX aluminum-plastic composite pipes combine the advantages of plastic and metal materials, making the most comprehensive application possible. They are not only suitable for domestic cold and hot water systems but also for radiator connection systems and floor radiant heating systems, making them the best choice for exposed radiator systems. The pipes are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, offering higher temperature resistance and pressure strength. The cross-linked PE-X composite pipes can be used continuously at temperatures up to 95°C, with a service life guaranteed for over 50 years, making them particularly suitable for connections in high-temperature heat exchanger heating systems (above 70°C).
Product Features
-
Uniform Crosslinking: Stable crosslinking, unified inner and outer diameters, and even longitudinal and transverse wall thickness;
-
High Strength and Pressure Resistance: Capable of withstanding long-term water temperatures of 85°C, and due to welding and butt joint processes, can withstand pressures up to 10 kg/cm²;
-
Good Thermal Conductivity: A thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.45 w/mK, 1.5-2 times that of cross-linked polyethylene pipes, which is more conducive to heat transfer between pipes and floors, resulting in higher heating system efficiency;
-
Easy Bending and No Rebound for Faster Installation: Characterized by easy bending and no rebound, making pipe positioning and fixing very easy during construction, significantly improving work efficiency;
-
Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion: A thermal expansion coefficient of 2.5×10^-5 m/mK, avoiding ground cracking or pipeline system damage caused by significant expansion or contraction;
-
Oxygen Barrier Protection System Safety: The intermediate aluminum layer can prevent oxygen permeation, reducing the oxidation corrosion of susceptible components, ensuring the long-term normal operation and service life of the system;
-
Smooth Pipe Inner Wall, No Scale: Streamlined design, low fluid resistance, low flow noise, reducing scale formation and avoiding blockages;
-
Excellent High-Temperature Resistance: A Vicat softening point of 131.5°C, operating temperature up to 95°C, fully meeting the requirements of hot water systems in building water supply and drainage specifications;
-
Not Brittle or Damaged at Low Temperatures: Can be normally constructed at low temperatures down to -40°C in winter, easy to bend without damage, and convenient for both heat fusion and mechanical connections;
