Product Introduction
The stainless steel manifold is particularly suitable for heating systems: it prevents any unnecessary energy loss while ensuring better thermal comfort. This manifold can be used for traditional radiator heating systems as well as new floor radiant heating systems.
Manifold with External Flow Meter for Inlet Water
The external flow meter manifold is a manifold with an external flow meter. It can be adjusted by rotating the flow control knob installed above the manifold to regulate the flow of the floor heating circuit. The sealing surface is higher than the bottom of the main pipe, effectively preventing sand from entering the floor heating pipe and reducing scale formation in the floor heating pipe.
Return Manifold with Optional Electric Actuator
It can automatically or remotely control the water distribution and temperature adjustment of each branch circuit according to different needs and settings. The intelligent control manifold has built-in valve cores for regulating water volume in each circuit, and can be equipped with electric actuators and thermostats to achieve room temperature control.
Users can set the room temperature themselves, and the thermostat automatically monitors and sends signals to the actuator to control the opening and closing of the room actuator, keeping the room temperature within the set range; it can also be equipped with valves and thermostats on the main pipe of the manifold to achieve regional control, achieving warm, comfortable, and energy-saving effects.
